The FMLA-AID founders background covers all three sides of the Family & Medical Leave triangle: physician, patient/employee, and employer. She has navigated all sides, making her uniquely qualified to speak from all three perspectives. Out of her personal life and HR work experience came a passion for Family & Medical Leave and the pain points all three parties struggle with in this process. This is why she designed this unique app to aid in the flow of the time consuming paperwork that has to be completed by physicians. Her goal is to  make it easier and more efficient for physicians to complete the FML forms and get them back to their patients in the quickest timeframe as possible!
